Our company in Budapest is looking for an intern to support Science and Technology organization by administrating innovative university and clinical collaboration projects for Healthcare Industry.
+ Performing assignments where trust and accuracy are required
+ Developing PowerPoint presentations and other graphic presentations tocommunicate progress, share best practices, or to provide updates.
+ Preparing summaries, overviews, decision support materials and reportingdocuments about a defined topic, based on individual research.
+ Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled financial reports
+ Supporting the documentation of the business processes while ensuringcompliance level
+ Organize travel arrangements
+ Carry out necessary administrative duties
+ Current enrollment in Hungarian College/University, preferably at least 1 year active status
+ Experience and ability to use Microsoft Office Software, including but not limited to: Word, Excel and Outlook
+ Effective time management and organizational skills; able to balance multiple priorities
+ Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills in English and Hungarian languages
+ Previous working experience
+ Ability to quickly identify and prioritize issues, create solutions and meet deadlines
+ Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
+ Self-Starter, proactive, able to work independently with minimal direction
+ Team player with strong interpersonal skills, capable of working within a globally diverse team across different time zones
+ Familiarity with IT or healthcare industries
+ Previous project management or consultancy experience
