**Role Summary:**

R2R team is in

charge to provide support mainly related to the regular activities related to

the closing of the books of BHGE globally. Responsible for driving technical accounting compliance, financial and operational internal controls, process simplification, op. excellence to deliver accurate actual financial reporting and analysis. Entry level positions; options for team leader positions.

**Essential Responsibilities:**

Responsible for general accounting and policy application for all cycles including inventory, revenue recognition, receivables/payables, intercompany, etc.

Manage and perform US GAAP general accounting activities on behalf of BHGE, Prepare and record properly supported routine entries including subsystem transactions; Ensure transactions are booked in the right period through understanding of global closing calendars.

Perform activities required for month-end closing ( preparing and posting MJE, running reports) according to the respective business deadlines

Perform monthly and quarterly account reconciliation according to BHGE Policies

Provide ad hoc reports to HQ, local controllership team and other finance functions

Provide timely and appropriate financial data and supporting documentation to internal auditing.

Understand and interpret applicable Enterprise Standards, SOP and Process Maps to deliver globally competitive accounting services;ensure that all accounting processes are in line with BHGE regulations and principles, and confidentiality is respected in data handling when working with personal data and/or sensitive data .

Basic understanding of procedures and concepts; understands how own area integrates with other teams; provides on the job training and support to new team members; expected to resolve problems through the application of acquired expertise guided by precedent.

Requires good understanding of work routines and procedures.

Limited independence in problem solving and decision making.

Focus on individual or team results within department.

Operates as independent professional.

Besides the main tasks and responsibilities listed

above, responsible for completing any other tasks assigned by her/his

supervisor or manager.


Fresh graduate or proven Accounting experience, Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Finance).

Written and verbal fluency

in English

Ability to learn/

Accounting experience

preferably in a multi-gaap environment (SSC)

First-hand closing experience with Oracle, SAP or

another ERP
