**Role Summary:**

Our company in Budapest is looking for an intern to support our Software Engineering organization by helping the daily work of Team Admins.

**Essential Responsibilities:**

+ Prepare summaries, overviews, decision support materials and reporting documents about a defined topic, based on individual research.

+ Organize meetings and events, manage our engineering library and track inventories.

+ Support Team Admins with ad-hoc office management tasks (printing, photocopying, etc.)


+ Current enrollment in Hungarian College/University, active status preferably for at least 1 year.

+ Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook.

+ Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills in English and Hungarian.

+ Effective time management and organizational skills.

**Desired Characteristics:**

+ Ability to quickly identify and prioritize issues, create solutions in compliance with rules and regulations and meet deadlines.

+ Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.

+ Reliability and accuracy.

+ Self-starter, proactive, able to work independently.
